Well I guess the spirit bomb if you could collect enough energy.

Otherwise I'd say....the Final Flash.

you guys did say gt correct? if so it is a given, big bang kamehameha wave was amazing, it utilized the most inner energy, and its effects were devestating. Spirit bomb, will always have the most potential, as you can collect energy from everywhere, and with enough time, its power can go through the roof, but for the sake of an attack that does not consume that much time, that has raw power, unrivaled, it would have to be the bigbangkamehameha. It consisted of the two most powerful warriors combined, not to be taken lightly.

Suppose someone just flew up and blasted goku before he made it strong enough...??? Something like that probably wouldnt happen tho...

I think the big bang kamehameha is probably the strongest attack...

Kid Goku was attacked during GT when Omega Shenron was trying to get him to stop charging the Spirit Bomb by attacking Goku's body, he failed to stop him, he got owned in the end. lol, cheapness.
