Re-modeling of the RPG Section.

My forum fell through after some problems with VBulletin this has left my members stranded, I was going to make a new forum but I though I would offer a merger here, my members would be more than happy to come over if you could implement the new RP system, I'm not saying that you use it to over-ride the old one but it would save me the time/money/trouble of setting up a brand new forum.

I'd be more than happy to moderate the RP section for my old users and I'm sure they'll bring a new wave of activity to this forum.

hey, lol i might be new too this Forum but i might have another Alt idea For this too,
2 Rpg Sections:
i've seen this before, and it might sound Strange but With NathanCX's idea you Can Make A Single SuperStory, With everybody involved with Chars From Every anime they can think of,
And the Rp Already exiting here,
Because even if i'm an Rping Madman, i am a Disliker of Novel Like Rp, They are unClear and Hard Too play,
While With NathanCX's You can make a Char and Play with Just 2 lines at a Time and Get better on your Way through the Story,
Untill at Some Point...You will make Posts of 10 or more lines Depending on what happens, and With this, It's Not Novel Like, But Free, Even tho Chars and Players are restricted too rules, the Type of Playing makes it SOOOOOOO much Faster Rp and Sooooooo Much easyer that The Rpg will be, Better, Greater, Easy Maintenance for the Mods, Easy for Players, Massive, Unparalleled,

and with it you'd be One of the greater in one go, Because on other Forums (no Names given for Security reasons) people tend too Stick with one type, while here 1 is already present and used while the Other is also Loved and Lovely Too play

Hey guys
I'm another from NathanCX's forum and mod the current RPG. I just thought I'd add a little info about the RPers

in the last three months the RP section has generated around 15,ooo posts not including the posts around the rest of the site and some rather unqiue characters, and we are all totally addicted to RPG, and I have to admit a little crazy aswell. But all are friendly and would pretty quickly settle in and make new friends.

I'm sure Nathan would be all to happy to supply any of the staff here with a link so they can look and see for themselves.

I see most of the actual RP'ers here have rejected it.
But, Nathan, you can still check with them, maybe make another thread and poll strictly asking the RP'ers. Probably in the RP section.

Nop, it's not my first language, but i Can say that i Know the Style of Rping is Really something people would Like, I At First TOTALLY and UTTERLY hated it, but after Starting it, i became Completely addicted, but if You Could Try it out...even for a Week, with The Masters Of that Style Rping ^^ you'd See it Makes sens if you try it and is Hawt! cuz you'd have alot of Different Area's and in 1 Area is a Fight, while in the Other 2 people Meet, and in the Next There's Orochimaru Talking too Sasuke, While Some other Area far away someone is Looking for Sasuke (the Player who Has that Char) That's What Makes it so Awesome, There is Alway's Something Happening, While Some Players also have Major Plots for There Chars and While It Develops the Char Also Develops and the Plot that was ones so secure is then Changing...as it continue's
and because the Story goes on, The Day's Change and the Chars also age, become Wiser, More Powerfull...or even die... (ok that sounds bad but it could be a good thing so the Story will progress while a New Char arrises) and because it's Easy too Follow New People Can Join at ANY time ^^ even if you give it a Try you will see the Amount of Care people Make with there posts, it's Not long so it doesn't Take 50 minutes just too read and it's Easy too type and Progress so it's almost a Typed out Serie

I guess, but it's more about the people I could bring here than those who are already here, after all, RPers tends to stay on the site for longer, especially if it's post-by-post Role Playing.

Also, I wouldn't want to ask the Role Players straight away as I would prefer a mod to tell me to do that.

I'm not sure why you would prefer a mod.
You're free to ask strictly the RP'ers anything with a thread, or they GFX'ers, or all the mod's, or all of SI. It just needs to be put in the right serction.
And if it's a stupid question, make sure it's in the Spam Center.

Just put it in the right place and it's fine.
Spam Center if it's pointless, RP area if it's for RP'ing, GFX area if it's for GFX'ing, you know.
Better to do that if you wish to ask strictly one crowd.
After it's established there and it's supported THEN either ask a Mod to move it if it's good enough, or make a new and better poll and description of the idea in the Ideas section.

Well, im currently in 2 RP's, actively, i'd consider myself an active RPer. So, I think the idea is alright, esspeccially if 20 active Rpers are going to migrate here. I think that every RO thread should have links to the BIO & Signup threads. Old RP's should be moved to SC until someone takes the resposibility to run it themselves.

I am not for it. Why would we need this? Our RP system would be fine if it wasn't so clusetered. (See My Idea.) I don't think this is the way to go about it.

You act as if the majority of RPers have agreed. You have yet to post a poll in the RP Section to see if this is even going to come about.
