well i guess the FIRST is the STRONGEST here

as MADARA himself said ..... first was able to CONTROL several tailed beasts at once .... n only to distribute power equally among the other hidden villages he agreed to share there powerz with them :P

n he defeated MADARA ...... when he was in his peak ....... probably much more stronger then what TOBI is today .......... n first was able to jointly defeat both MARADA as well as KUBI ....... as it was controlled my the later in that fight ............

just to let u know the FTG doesn't rely on his kunai alone remember he can place seals with a simple touch and he had incredible speed without this teleportation technique also (as an example when he save kakashi from getting killed when he first used chidori). The Kunai have no special attributes, it would be the same as if Sarutobi was just countering Kunais normally. He can just bat these away with Enma if need be.

As far as Oro summoning the three caskets filled with the bodies of past Hokages, I thought the whole scene was to vague to know for certain if the 3rd stopped the ,only to be guess at now, 4th from being resurrected.

Which leads me to this...
As the 3rd said, the Death God sealing jutus, the very same used by the 3rd, leaves to two souls enjoined fighting each other for eternity in the belly of the Death God.

Now if this is true, and thanks to the amibuity of the scene, I don't think the 3rd stopped anything, I don't think the 4th's soul was there to be revived.

As far as being the stongest, we only have his legend to compare to the living and revived prowess of the 1st, 2nd. But compare legend to legend and originators, 1st and 2nd, seemed to be viewed as Gods in a creation sense of the name. They took the chaos and molded a village from their strength and will.

Each sucessor has inherited the flame of their will. So really I think they are all comparitive in strength. But as it stands now I find the 5th, to be the weakest for she is still learning of the legacy and the fire left behind by the 3rd.

1st-the first is the strongest hoage.because he can control all the bijuus.if he is not using bijuus 4th is stronger than him.

2nd-he is not more powerful than first because if he was stronger then why he was not the leader of senju clan.

3rdif we talk about the fight of 3rd and orochimaru the 1st and 2nd were being controlled by orochi.they were not in there real body so we can not judge there power in respect to 3rd.
3rd knew most of the jutsus but was not as powerful as first or

Remember how old he was during that battle though. I am sure he was much stronger in his youth. He lost power as he aged, that is why he retired once. He found his power shrinking, and found another's growing.
