The chapter was alright, I look forward to the fight between Mayuri, Kenoachi, and Byakuya. Also, Ichigo's going back to the World of the Living to get his ass kicked by Aizen..............again. That will be enjoyable to watch.

All he's been really doing is improving his Hollow abilities. On the other hand, Byakuya, Kenpachi, and the other Captains have been forced to improve their own skills. This in turn makes Ichigo look weak compared to them now unless if he has his Hollow Mask. In a sense, his Hollow Mask is a double edged sword. It gives him a boost in many ways, but causes him to not refine his own skills.

Exactly. Now he'll have no choice but to improve his own abilities. Which is where my theory comes in. There's one Espada still alive that, if faced by Ichigo with his Hollow powers, would probably die with ease. But, without his Hollow powers, he'd probably lose to him. Grimmjow. I think that's why Grimmjow was kept around. However, I hope it isn't just a repeat of their third fight just without Ichigo's Hollow powers, I want some new Grimmjow moves to.
