And Sishui loved his clan, he did not have a reson to betray it like Madara did. So he would not have vouched for the extermination of Uchiha.

Maybe Danzo or someone else bought Sishui back to life using a forbidden Jutsu, which would explain why Sai is so pale and, the eye thing is very odd to me....

Sai's a little off, though.
And I think that it would have to be a VERY strong and ultimate forbidden jutsu if it can do something like that, something far stronger than Orochimaru's forbidden techs.
Besides, isn't Sai acting against Danzo's orders? If he were to be Sishui, wouldn't he be acting differently? Because Sai seems to start developing his own emotions and morals.
