I thought it was obvious that by reconstruction he meant the reconstruction of the village of Kohona. Because Kohona is in such an unstable state with a Hokage thats not trusted and just ebing destroyed, information like that that would be leaked throughout the village could cause a big problem.

As much as I too would love to see Itachi again, I don't think it is going to happen. And I am pretty sure that Madara helped Itachi because he wanted revenge against the clan (was anyone even still alive from his time? lol).

Itachi probably killed his clan for good reasons and madara joined for revenged

Itachi killed his clan because he had orders from the village elders to do so. And it has already been stated that Itachi went to Madara for help and that he agreed, but only because he wanted revenge. So yes, you are correct.

i think sasuke or maddara i is going to be the new uchichia leader then they going to restore every uchicha person from the dead and maybe even itachi

I see no revival of the uchiha clan here. Sorry dude. But the reconstruction doesn;t mean bringing the clan back cause he was the one who actually wanted them all dead.

Well, there were others, but yes, he did want them dead. If he wanted to use them, he would just have used genjutsu on them like Sasuke did to Manda.

it obviously was talking about the reconstruction of konoha because why else would he say he didnt wanna cause trouble? why wouldn he wanna cause trouble vs a uchiha clan reforming?

Might I point out Uchiha were fodder? They were wiped out by Itachi, the sole surviving, strong Uchiha. Madara is not comparable, we know only 2 of his jutsu. Sasuke goes without saying.

May I point out that Itachi went to Madara for help in wiping out the clan, and that they did it in the dead of night when mostly everyone was asleep. May I also point out that not everyone in the clan was a shinobi. And Itachi was also supposed to be the best the clan had to offer at that time. Also, those who fought back against Itachi probably found it hard to do so seeing as Itachi was a fellow clan member. How do you kill someone you watched grow up, that you helped raise? It was not only a clan, but a community.
