It's from the war when Akainu punched him

Akainu impaled jimbei to hit luffy (after the death of ace, when he was fleeing)
Luffy was hit deeply and law put him back together

Here is the point at which luffy gets hurt, Akainu punches right tru Jinbe's arm/side and but stops short of going all the way tru Luffy (thanks to Jinbes body getting in the way) U can see in the last picture, (bottem left) the damage taken by Luffy.
