Gai pretty much solos all except Ero-Sennin. Then Kisame shark bombs Ero-Sennin.
Zabuza and Hinata kick back and sip some tea.

We are going by feats

Chojuro has shown some skill with his sword and nothing else. Anko her shadow snake hands, and Kabuto and his only offensive skill Chakra scaple. These people all get blasted away by Gai. Also Lee has not had a good fight in Shippuden, we have not seen him take off his weights nor use his gates so we can only look back at pre shippuden for help. So by feats that is what he is limited to.

Jiraiya takes a but load of time to go sage mode. During his pain fight he has terrain advantage where he could run around and hide in the city. The filed now is a barren waste land where there is no hiding spots so he is screwed.

Pain had multipule summonings to knock him off his balance but all jiraiya has to do is summon three toads

The summonings aren't fast enough to do anything to Gai, so he could eaily just dodge them, then punch them in the eyes or something, lol. Kabuto's getting speed blitzed and Rock Lee's getting outlasted. Hinata would probably beat Anko due to all of her moves being mainly close-combat, and if she tries going close combat she'll be killed by Hinata's 64 Palms Rotation.
