I think Tobirama the 2nd Hokage might me Tobi. Tobi said he aquired Hashirama DNA at the battle and Tobirama was present at that battle. Tobi also has just about that same low voice as Tobirama. When Orochimaru summoned Tobirama and Hashirama in his battle against Hiruzen Sarutobi it is possible he could have infused some of his own charka into a Zetsu clone. When Tobi wanted instructions on how the Endo Tensei worked, maybe to see if Kabuto was tricking him or lying to Tobi. The reason Tobi didn't use Endo Tensei in the first place was maybe he knew Kabuto had the souls of the people he wanted to revive. Plus Tobirama can just use some dye and aquire the sharingan to change his appearance. Tobi is also short for Tobirama and Tobirama also knew Space-Time Jutsu just like Tobi. This is just my opinion on who Tobi might be. We will all see who he is soon.

Because I can:

- I don't believe it was ever stated that Tobirama was present for Hashirama and Madara's final battle.
- The anime should not be used like this to make a theory, and especially don't use voice comparisons. There are many ranges of voices, and some are bound to be similar in tone.
- Where was the Zetsu clone exactly that Tobirama was able to infuse his chakra into it? How was it able to get into a barrier that none of the Anbu were able to penetrate? How was Tobirama to do such a task when he had absolutely no time to do so before he free will was completely removed?
- Tobi knew exactly what was going on. Edo Tensei is a very obvious jutsu as it is the only one capable of reviving people from the dead. He probably didn't use Edo Tensei himself because he was incapable of doing so.
- Tobi is a completely different name from Tobirama, with entirely different meanings. It is not so simple as with English, where names such as Johnathan can be shortened to John or Johnny.
- Minato also had a space-time jutsu, as well as the three people he trained to use it. It is not like it is completely unknown outside of two or three shinobi.

During a mission in the First Shinobi World War, on which Team Tobirama performed with Danzō Shimura, Kagami Uchiha and Torifu Akimichi, they found themselves surrounded by twenty elite Cloud ninja, known as the Kinkaku Force. Tobirama then realised that the only way any of them could escape alive was for one of them to be a decoy and sacrifice themselves; therefore having faith that he had trained his students well, he chose to sacrifice himself after he selected his prized student Hiruzen for the position of Third Hokage. Homura and Koharu would later become Hiruzen's advisers. After giving the title of Hokage to Hiruzen, Tobirama went off to fight the enemies where he died a noble death.

Both he and Hashirama were revived from the dead by Orochimaru, using Impure World Resurrection, to fight Hiruzen during the invasion of Konoha. While fully aware of what was going on, and saddened that he would have to fight his former student, Orochimaru employed a special seal into the back of their heads to rob Tobirama and his brother of their free will. Hiruzen quickly resolved to kill his masters and used a very powerful fire technique that was easily countered by one of Tobirama's walls of water that was then turned into an attack that was stopped by Hiruzen's own earth wall.

His soul, along with his brother's, was eventually sealed by Hiruzen when he combined the Dead Demon Consuming Seal and the Shadow Clone Technique to strike both of them at the same time. Before his soul was completely removed, he and his brother apologised to their former student for the trouble they had caused.

Those who have had their souls sealed by this technique cannot be brought back by the Summoning: Impure World Resurrection. please refer naruto episode #72, and Shippuden episode #211 as well as the mana chapters for confirmatin.
