• In the DarkVB skin, a (gradient) black-gray background for your post would be good. The white/black combo hurts your eyes after a while (trust me).
• Amount of links (only in the download section!) that you can add in your post should be increased, a lot. Perhaps even infinite. That way people don't have to create 2515152 posts in order to give us download links for [insert anime here]
• The amount of images that one can include in his post should be increased A LOT (only in the tutorial section!) and decreased in other sections.
• In order to post succesfully, you need to have entered at least 10-15 characters, not 5 like right now.
• Links in image tags should not be filtered → ex: www.photobucket.com/user/album/whatthe****.png (the word f*ck is filtered and the uploaded image is now rendered useless)
• In order to use a smiley, you only need to use :smiley instead of : smiley :

• 1.2.2 beautifying posts

• New smilies, preferably from DeviantART. [members, you can choose a smiley from DA and post it here if you wish!]
• New icons for the spoiler, Youtube, Veoh and Megavideo tabs in the advanced editor. (will help you out with that if needed)
• The spoiler tag should also be able to have a name → ex: [spoiler=hello]hello, this is text[/spoiler] (this should also work with IMG tags inside of a spoiler tag's name)

• 2: member abilities

• 2.1 profiles

• There is not much to do on your profile right now. Add a little music player, perhaps even the ability to add an album to your profile (no, the Image Gallery is NOT an album IMHO). Perhaps 60 images of 300 KB tops?

• 2.2 signatures and other graphics

• Members need to gain experience points to use a signature, however you can replace this with something else. Members that have just joined CAN use a signature, however the dimensions of the signature is much lower than those from a regular member.
• Any member >including< moderators can not use a signature that stretches the forum lay-out. When this occurs, it will automatically be resized to a low quality JPEG/JPG (saves space & bandwidth in case of huge images).
• Any member is able to use a 125x125 avatar that is 64 KB or smaller.
• Larger avatars can be obtained in exchange for some experience points, much like a shop. A 150x150 avatar [125 - 150 KB] will be yours forever if you have purchased it, a 150x200 avatar [150 - 175KB] will cost you a lot (10,000 points+) and will only be available for one month or less.

• 2.3 bannishments, complaints

• If a member is banned, he or she should be able to appeal their ban. (regular ban) This is only fair, us moderators are able to make mistakes too! In case of a situation like this, the person is able to see ONE board (Saiyan's Court) and can only post ONE thread per month/two months. He or she is able to be banned from this board as well (AKA full ban), in case of a dupe. Members that are not banned can not see this board, and if they are banned they can only view the threads that they've created [PRIVATE BOARD].

• 3: moderator abilities

• 3.1 tools

• Can view the IP of any member, excluding moderators and administrators.
• Can IPban in case of a dupe (less than 50 posts and/or the account was made 1-2 weeks prior to the IPban).
• Can signature ban (if adding the signature resize function is impossible [which isn't], we should be able to punish the people who keep violating this rule).
• Can reputation ban (member is unable to give and receive reputation) in case of rep abuse (negging for no reason, revenge negging, negging everyone and not giving out pos reputation).
• Can add usernotes to a member's profile (if the member is banned, violated rules, is infracted, has gotten a name change,...).
• Can post announcements (not sure if we can do this already).

• 3.2 minor fixes

• In order to access the moderator CP, we don't need to log in again.
• Moderators have 999,999 experience points by default. (lol joking)
• The website icon should be something else. The standard VB icon is kind of dull. (perhaps just the letters SI in some fancy font?)

• 3.3 infractions & reports

• When a user is infracted, he receives a PM from SAIYANISLAND and not from the real moderator (prevents mass-complaints, random negging, rage and so on).
• When a user reports a post, the report should become a thread in a new board that is only visible to staff members and not an E-mail that is easy to miss. (this is used often on VBforums)
