Spirit bomb, will always have the most potential, as you can collect energy from everywhere, and with enough time, its power can go through the roof, but for the sake of an attack that does not consume that much time, that has raw power, unrivaled, it would have to be the bigbangkamehameha. It consisted of the two most powerful warriors combined, not to be taken lightly.

Kid Goku was attacked during GT when Omega Shenron was trying to get him to stop charging the Spirit Bomb by attacking Goku's body, he failed to stop him, he got owned in the end. lol, cheapness.
