Well, Kamehamaha would swallow both of them, Death beam would pierce the special beam and make it burst.

But death beam isnt like Kamehame ha or specialbeam
It is a 1 hit attack..

For ex.

YOu can make Kamehame ha last to obliterate the opponent death beam cannot.

The power level of the person using it seems to be the main factor. I figure if fired at the same power level, the special beam cannon would be the strongest since it doesn't blow you up but penetrates you making it more dangerous.

it really depends on who is firing the attacks if there al from equal fighters then the result be pretty much the same i think
