aokji and kuma are following, though it would be interessting if mihawk can cut kuma. blackbeard is not in there because i think he would lose to mihawk. mihawk has no devil fruit to surpress but his sword can cut blackbeard

I purposely left out Whitebeard and Rayleigh because those guy are pretty much enormously powerful and everyone would pretty much vote for them.

In all honesty, I'd say Blackbeard and Kuma are probably the most powerful guys on this list.Blackbeard alone ransacked an entire country and his Devil Fruit lets him blocks others powers also, despite his size the big guys can really move and is incredibly strong as he the one who gave Shanks his scars.

Kuma has pretty much god modded his way past every fight, he sorta liek OP's nicer version of Nnoitra as he always shows up and kicks people when they;re down.As for Mihawk, He hasn't really cut loose so aside from his reputation his strength is up in the air if you ask me

Even though i'm a big Luffy fan, I would have to say that Kuma would win. He can make people go away. =/

of course we havent seen mihawks power, but i just think his skills are quite good to fight blackbeard. i also have the theory that in mihawk's Black Sword sea stone ingrediants are forged. its just a guess ut a man of his reputation has to have something against logia types (i know luffy has neither and beaten 2) or he has like rayleigh some kind of haki.

for kizaru i simply like light more than darkness, noone can say who is really stronger without a fight.

kuma has he advantage of his cyborg body, but still i say
