I make some of meh graphics there cause I to lazy for other sites lmao. You press edit on the picture then you go to this place to ad text and stuff =_=
Its not what I say the best place to make stuff but its worth a shot i guess ;S

They have an editing program on their, and it also hosts them.

Yes, When you upload a Picture, Scoll-Over it and go to Edit, and you can edit it.
