I personally don't think this is real.
All of the clips have already been shown (Most of them are from the resort thing with Foxy, and even the beastly picture of Ace and Blackbeard has already been shown) in the anime (Up to right before the red line is crossed for a second time) and it didn't show anything about the upcoming Flying Fish Riders. Although I do have to admit, the text on the entire thing really makes it look convincing.
