Kishimoto has Killed Haiyate, Obito, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and even the Third, and for all we know the teammates of the other Jounin. By the end the series I think he may end up picking off all of the shinobi from the older generations, leaving the konoha 11 to fill their place. what do you think?

That's interesting, he might possibly be doing that, that is the natural order of things, after all. The older generation dies and the newer one steps in and replaces the spots of the old ones, eventually becoming the older generation themselves, and then they die and a newer generation steps in to take their spots.
