no, it's not because of lip syncing... the original (raw) anime's not even perfect with Lip Syncing.

It has to do with copyright. VIZ (Cartoon Network) only has permission to reproduce the file, not edit it and make money off it. So, they are using it according to the license.

no its not im pretty sure when the filler ends which will be in september or october, naruto shippuden comes out and hes right in shonen jump there has been previews of trading cards and action figures for naruto shippuden. So its on its way and its not that slow as of now we are on naruto 177 so its coming soon.
