tha administrator makes you a mod if he thinks you' good and deserve to be one
to become kage you gotta have minimum or ova 4000 posts
to get awards you gotta be in'a group memba'ship
and i don' kno really how much rep you need to getta green dot, but i think you need ova 2000

This is awfully ridiculous. We have about 10 sticked threads in the Information Station. Two/Three of which answer your question, next time TRY to look instead of making a thread about it. This thread is closed..
