Naruto and Sasuke are not Saiyans, you need to be the same race to do the Fusion Dance. Hense, it would not work. The Potara earnings though, it would work, but the end result would have the new fused warriors be as weak as Kid Goku from Dragon Ball, if not even weaker than him by a lot. I'm going to go with even weaker than Kid Goku.

Well that, and Old Kai said there was no need to fuse while being SSJ before using the earnings. There was no need. Because the fusion was more than enough and was more powerful than an SSJ form, and if they did go SSJ before the fusion, it would have put stress during their new fused body. Although, they could go SSJ (Super Vegito) right after the fusion, and becoming a even more powerful Super Saiyan. There's to expand more on your sentence, SanninJiraiya.

Naruto is better at hand to hand combat then Sasuke.
Sasuke was always based on ninjutsu and genjutsu.

Sasuke and VEgeta wouldnt be able to use sharingan since VEgeta doesnt have it.

And I think the Ninetailed fox would reject Goku from Narutos body or vise versa.
