Rock Lee, rock the house! If PS2 had online for ultimate ninja, I would honestly kick everyone's ass with Rock Lee. Fast, strong and devastating. Anyone play accel? Activating his gates and using his special is almost unavoidable, and it's almost a one shot kill.

i agree. yellow flash(or yodaime/4th hokage) is the best. hes fast, teleports, and can use rasengan while teleporting. uber pwnage.

shikamaru. He's perfect character if you can master his complex combo's. But if you prefer easier to use characters, id say minato (yellow flash)
