Sad but true. I'm sure many people have heard by now of this series known as "Dragonball AF" but did you know it actually exsisted? Its not at all fake, but its also not at all by Akira Toriyama. Its a fan comic actually. I've read it on a site actually. unfortunatly, the site is a little stupid with how it handles it and in addition, it doesnt have the entire comic, just the first few chapters...what are your opinion of DBAF. Do you think it'd be a good idea to be made into an actual, real and offically anime or manga? Interested in the comic? Or just plain old bored and wanna talk about it?

Now I shall show you a few pages from the fan comic, DRAGONBALL AF! In the storyline, the 'godess' aka one of the Supreme Kai's thought to be dead, had become pregnant with Freeza at one point, but when he died, obviously hes a failure, so then later she hypnotised Goku and gained his DNA. He then planted his DNA/sperm, within herself, and gave birth to a new being, who easily gained the abilty to be permanently in Super Saiyan 5. These are lil snibbits. I only have the first 5 Chapters, but heres some bits from them.

It would be cool if they started another manga series but a fan-made DB comic just screams FAIL at you! What makes then think they can even do better than DBGT?? They aren't pros so don't bother..it would be great though.

well honestly, DBAF is actually fairly cool looking, but I think it'd need to be careful because, the characters are pretty strong as it is...

this new special movie gonna be nothing like the old dbz movies, it gonna fail... how could they merge 2 completly different anime characters in one and make an anime, facking non sense....i wish they could create just dbz special movie with new bad guy, at least it would be worthy watching it :> and i would love to see goku and gohan in action again :)

Uhm the new DB special was confirmed that is was being created by Akira Toriyama...the head honcho behind the entire DB/Z series. And yes its a special..you know..like the Bardock and Trunks specials?

No. After they become Super Saiyan 8 or 9, they go into what they call 'asended form' which basically means they look like they do normally, but continue to get stronger without a name change or appearance change, and once they reach that level, they are stuck in it and cant go back down to a super saiyan level. Plus, when Goku goes super saiyan 5, at first he is evil and has to learn to control it, and if anyone is wondering: yes, both Goku and Vegeta eventually obtain Asended worm.
Course, this is still unconfirmed information, but its what I've read on multiple things that are a bit more reliable than others. Honestly, all the 5 chapters I have show are a slow start out with Goten as SuperSaiyman 3, who isn't that popular because he often slacks off to try to get a date, then later he dies to this new guy who I showed you. Then the others fight him and stuff, and Gohan goes Super Saiyan 4, but hasn't yet explained how he can to anyone (Altho it would seem that its a mystic Super Saiyan 4, which is why Gohan can reach it, again though, thats unconfirmed) and other than that, its just some fighting adn Kibitoshin wonderin how Freeza's mother, (it said earlier she's freezas mother, Kibitoshin doesn't actually know that part) aka this Supreme Kai from the past, is still alive because he thought she died to Buu. It also showed a new guy who is learning from Elder Kai to become a Kai. Thats really about it.

Still only has 5 chapters on the site...too bad too...I was hoping to read 6 volumes of Dragonball AF..and after all this time (a few years) and they still only have 5 chapters...and it ends with cliffhanger... still 5 chapters after al this time ...btw: I think I doubt these are the origonal AF Fancomic things, but oh well, still awesome to read. ^^ (first off, the actual image that started it all is drawn better, second off, the guy in it is based off of a fanart that somoone did in 2001) ah, I assume you finished reading the 5 chapters...exactally, so it could be the same, then again, we also can't be sure that the guy who made the fanart isnt lying about when he made it..so its really hard to say >.<

FAIL! Dont discourage canon of Dragonball GT, bad or not. make it after it. Altho the story may or may not be good, its almost just like choosing to have Sasuke from naruto at Konoha village in shippuden fighting Orochimaru! Sasuke killed Orochimaru..oh no! but we're saying that shippuden didnt happen and this is instead!

i liked the story, its pretty good start for new episodes of db, i would say the goku and friends could make them selves all young again with dragon balls, so they could face the evil forces once again in their full strenght, that would be fun though, 1 thing what i couldnt stand was krilin was too weak to fly lmao, look at roshi he is facking 600 or 700 years old and he still could use enery blasts as kamehameha lol. anyways it was real good start, i would like to see new episodes anyways, even after db gt. kinda missed it ;)

well leave dragon ball alone bcuz AF is a fanmade seris 2 be the surcessor of GT bcuz GT was a short seris and people was mad and sad but AF gives hope to dbz fans and the ssj 5 goku making it real but fake but it would of be cool of the author makes a fourth seris to find the dragon balls again and a higher saiyan level :laugh:

EDIT: Ok its showing Raditz..interesting...and Krillin's lying like Hercule 'saved the world...good lord...better than goku yeah right! And the drawing quality is down alot...good lord...AF is better....yeah this has good plot (if you ignore how many characters are out of character and how much attention Pan is getting) but AF is just soooo mcuh better for action..and now the VILLANS are out of character as well...good lord..-rolls eyes-
