Is it possible for the PSP to use the chatbox..???

I was just wondering... can the PSP use the chatbox..??? everytime I try it... it is says

"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and desrcribe the action you performed before recieving this error."

Well... I dont really get wat that means... but wat security token was missing..??? also.. the action I did (because it says up there to describe my action..) was use my PSP to try to get on the chatbox... I just wanna kno is it possible for the PSO to use the chatbox... and I just wanna kno wat security token (watever that means) is missing...

LOL.. that's actually good advice... also.. i think if u delete your cache... it wont say your cache is full...

I know but I don't use my psp for browsing the web ^^

And also to make you feel happier, I can't even see the chat because im banned :cool:

The psp is only made for browsing the web and it can also download stuff, nothing more. It has flash player 5 or 6 :'( And that sux

Maybe you should check for updates on the official website. Downloading a new version of java might help too. Maybe... Checking for a newer version of the flash player? In short, update everything, rofl.

i dun think it works. everytime i'm on my psp, chatbox doesn't work xD

There'd be no point is it was possible to be visible anyway; everyone knows how slow the PSP's internet is (given it is a portable device, but slow, nonetheless). Flashing images are difficult for display on it, videos can't be. With the chatbox contantly updating itself to display the newest message submitted into it, the PSP wouldn't have a chance of keeping up with it, if it could update itself at all.

Unfortunate, with things like the BlackBerry and iPhone, you'd think we could do a bit more online with it; but I guess it should be appreciated anyway.

(P.S. Network Update 5.0 came out last night for anyone who cares. It's added a PSNetwork catagory, a quick access USB connection, and a sleep times on Music, and a new background wave thingy; pretty cool)

also... u r right kami... the psp's internet is pretty slow...but that's not the problem... I think I figured it out... it has somethin to do with the security... but the slow connection may be a large factor to y it doesnt work...

It probably could be possible... if u look on the first post on this thread...it says something about a security token...maybe the chat doest work because it doesnt allow some wireless devices like the psp for example... to use it... maybe it can b enabled...

I think...but Im not sure...also... there might b a reason the chat is the way it is in the first place...so for now...I guess it would b better to leave everything as it already is...

But at least the 5.0 update is out. I was finally able to play one of my favorite games on my PSP. "Spyro the Dragon" :D
