Who's comming back?

Will we see more of the characters from the older archs : Gaara, Temari, Kankuro, Lee, Tenten, Neji, Gai? are they all done with, or will they be seen again in the series?

We will see:(from your list) Lee, Ten-Ten, Neji, and Gai for sure because of the attack on Konoha..Now I don't think we'll see any of the Sand ninja anymore...if we do it'll be at the end of the manga coming out of nowhere dramatically to aid Naruto...Gaara is the Kazekage and very close to Naruto so I'm sure he will appear near the end to aid him.

Everyone in Konoha will at least have an appearance. Possibly The Sand ninja will come to aid their allies. It cannot be said with the Sand. The original rookies and their sensei (excluding Asuma) will show up. I want to see Iruka in action. Hope they show him.

I think that Iruka will be in there a little more. And I think the Sasuke Retrieval group will fight a bit together and I do think that the Suna sibs will come...eventually. I think that all the characters (the main ones) will show up before the end.
