Sasuke's new sharingan?

We've all seen this image, the new sharingan sasuke unlocked somehow. This isn't his mangekyou that I know of. They said before that Itachi's eye techniques were passed and that he allowed sasuke to unlock his own sharingan. So when sasuke uses one of itachi's eye jutsu, will his sharingan turn to itachi's mangekyou? and sasuke's mangekyou looks like this? Or its another type of sharingan, he said he would not take itachi's eyes for more power to control the nine tailed beasts. So that means this is another chain of the Sharingan. What are your ideas on this?

Each Uchiha has his or her own Mangekyou Sharingan. It's obvious. Itachi has a unique on, Kakashi (Obito) has a unique one, Madara has a unique one, Madara's brother has a unique one, and now Sasuke has a unique one

Neither did Sasuke, so it's appearent that Itachi lied when he said you have to kill your closest friend. And even before he died he told Sasuke he would have the Mangekyou because of the death of the closest person to him (Orochimaru, he was inside him...ughh) So maybe it's the fact that Obito died, he might've been the closest one to Kakashi. And what does it matter if he killed someone anyway? He has the Mangekyou Sharingan, it's a fact, he's used it. Doesn't matter how it happened, you can't argue if it's already happened

hes saying that no matter what nhappened, kakashi has the mangekyo sharingan, whether it was obito dying, "everyone close to him" dying, or what, he has it, and its unique, with power and design, that would be my guess with sauske too. not only does he have some of itatchis powers, hes now obviously awakened his very own mangekyo sharinagn or the "staringan"
