the story of our powers:

Due to a large mistake made by a Nuclear Scientist in Russia, all of their Nuclear Plants went to dangerously high numbers and emitted nuclear substances into the atmosphere. Because of fear of being forced to completely close their Nuclear Plants by the UN, Russia kept it under wraps, refusing to close the plants. Also, coincidentally, a large wind storm hit Russia sending the nuclear fumes all across the globe. Eventually Russia found the problem and fixed it before more dangerous fumes could be released. The amount of nuclear fumes let out into the world was at a very low level, thus the mass majority of humans were unaffected by it. But some unlucky few were. Many of those affected by it died. Those not affected went under complete change to their DNA and cellular structure. They were changed. Given abnormal abilities. No two had the same power, as no two humans have the same DNA. Now those with special abilities must cope with this new change, learn to control their powers, and find out if their role in life is that of the hero. Or the villain.

Sean sat in a dark room, waiting for someone to enter. Suddenly the lights above him turned on and two detectives walked in. They through a file with Sean's picture on it on the desk in front of him and the one on the left spoke up, "You're going to do serious time for this, kid."

Sean looked at them dully, then smirked, "For doing what, officer? For being a visitor to the land of freedom?" Sean asked, in a heavy Irish accent.

The taller of the two started yelling, "Don't act smug with me! We have solid proof that you are involved with the Irish Mafia! And have been smuggling weaponry from our country to yours!"

"What proof? All I can think of is a so-called witness who is no longer with us, may he rest in piece." Sean did a fake bow, while still smirking.

The tall detective looked enraged, "You little shi-!"

The other one grabbed him, "Easy now! Hold your temper dammit!"

"Good cop, bad cop, eh? I've always seen this in American flicks we get back in Ireland, always wondered what one looked like in real life." Laughed Sean.

The two cops started to walk out and the shorter one turned around, "We'll be back." Sean just simply waved back to them.

Joe walks into the NYPD headquarters and walks up to the lady behind the front desk

"good evening janet. how are you?" the lady just looks at him and goes back to her work on the computer "well have a nice night....i hate that women"

Joe sits behind his desk, near the interrogation rooms, and pulls out his laptop and starts to work on his school work due Saturday

"good thing the night shift doesn't have many files to work on....."

John was walking down the street toward the police departement. his car have been stole.'' man i worked hard for it.'' he entered the building and goes up to the front desk. ''hi. Sean whistles an Irish tune as he sits in the interrogation room, looking around. He knew that he had screwed up, but honestly didn't care. He was set up, but just sat there casually, thinking of whose necks he was going to have to wring to get some answers on who the rats were. He calls out, "This going to take long, officer? I have things I need to do. I don't have all day to be locked up here."

Two detectives walk up to Joe as he is doing his work on his laptop

detective- "hey newbie i need you to make us some coffee for us because the irish fellow is going to make this a long night for us"

Joe just looks at them thinking to himself
I maybe an intern but im not your lap dog.....when i pass my exams you will be the one making coffee
Joe's right hand then forms a fist and it turns to his ghost form but he quickly hides his hand in his jacket pocket
I need to control my anger and be more careful....
"yeah sure....ill start on it right now.....regular with cream right?"

detective- "yeah"

Joe then walks by the interrogation room not even looking inside and goes to make the coffee......after a few minutes he gave the coffee to the 2 detectives

"here you go....." Joe then goes back to his desk and returns to doing his work

the resercher who was doing reserche on John stolen car fix where he was. the internet page in front of his eyes was saying that his car was stolen, but by Mr. John Overstreet. the officer called 2 other police to help him. 10 secondes later John was on the floor.'' stay still you little bast*rd'' said one officer.'' we are transfering you to the police departement in NY''.

1h later he was on a plane whit two officer by his side. he arrived at that big city at nearly midnight. he was put in the building jail.'' what did i do?.''

Ross puts on a leather jacket. "This is gonna suck." He grabs a knife and a lead pipe. He puts the knife in the side of his boot and straps the pipe scross his back. He opens the door and exits the warehouse. "Let's do this shit."

Sean sits there bored. He then looks around and starts singing, "Johnny I Hardly Knew Ya" while banging on the table to the beat. His singing was very loud, loud enough for those around to easily hear it. He showed no signs of being afraid, or of caring about the situation he was in. He knew that Ross was on his way, so it was only a matter of time. He also had a few bombs dropped inside the Police Department, that he sneakily dropped while being brought into the interrogation room.

Joe was sitting at his desk doing his work until all of a sudden *Johnny I Hardly Knew Ya* in the most heaviest irish accent he ever heard, and started hearing loud banging from the interrogation room

WTF :yell:......Man I just wish those stupid detectives would just hurry up and either throw him in the slammer or let him go.......I dont have time for this....

Joe then pulls out his earphones and plugged it up to his computer. He then started listening to his i-tunes so loudly that he couldn't hear anything even if someone was screaming in his ear.

after what seemed like an eternity, John was took out of jail. the police told them his excuse, that it was a mistake. *thanks for tooking me across the continent for this!!! now how am i suppose to get back?* while he walked toward the exit, he saw a little thing ( probably one of the bombs) on the floor. he taped on the shoulder of a police officer(Joe) and said: '' what's that liitle thing there?''

The light shines right in Ross' eyes. "What the ****." He looks over to see some jackass(Ben) shining his headlights in his eyes. "Jackass." Ross gives the guy the favorite finger and heads to his distination once again.

The two detectives walk back in, and Sean looks up at them, "Hey, how about giving me some smokes, its been a few hours since the last one I've had."

The smaller detective reached into his coat pocket and threw a pack of cigarettes onto the table, and flicked a match at him. Sean happily let the cigarette and took a long drag on it, breathing the nicotine into his bloodstream and sighing in pleasure. "Now that you got your smokes, maybe you can answer some of our questions."

Sean took another drag before addressing the detectives, "I still have no idea what you're talking about. I am simply an Irishman, visiting your country. No more. No less."

The taller one slammed his hands on the table, "Save it! We know that you're involved! Lying will only make your punishment more severe! If you cooperate we can give you benefits."

Sean scoffed, "Even if I did know anything, I would never tell you. You tell criminals that you'll make their lives easier, while in reality, you'll just use them up then throw them to the hounds, where they'll get eaten up like the rats they are." Sean took another long drag, already smoking all the nicotine. He then simply flicked the bud, "So since you got nothing on me and I'm not talking," Sean leaned back and put his feet on the table, "I suggest you let me go."

The taller one stormed off, slamming the door. The shorter one simply smiled, "Oh don't expect to be leaving anytime soon, the night is you-"

Suddenly the other one ran back into the room, "John! There's a bomb out here!!!"

John turned to him, "A what?!"

As Sean heard this he cursed in his head, Great! Whoever this ****er is that found one of my bombs just made things so much more troublesome.

Joe was sitting at his desk doing his work until some dude came and tapped him on the shoulder. He was already annoyed by the singing irish man and now that some guy is interrupting him just made him in a even worse mood. Joe then took off his ear phones and looked at what he was pointing at.

"Hmm....I don't know what that is....."

Joe then scratches his head in bewilderment and brought over one of the detectives and asked him. The detective then got scared and ran back into the interrogation room (that is when he tells the other from sui's post). The detective then comes back out and tells the other people in the building (me, ulq, the receptionist, and another officer) that there is a bomb.

"Holy Sh**!!.....could there be more?"
Detective- "I....I don't know.....but we need to evacuate everybody from the building even the prisoners and the one we are interrogating (Sui)....Joe I know this isn't in your criteria, but will you look for more bombs? The Bomb Squad won't be here for at least 40 minutes. So if you can find anymore then that will help them out a bit then"
"Yea...Yeah sure...."

Joe then walks over and gets his stuff together and starts to look for anything suspicious. The detective then looked at the guy who found the bomb (Ulq)

Detective- "Hey do you mind helping out with this either? You seem to have pretty good eye sight."

Everybody else starts to get their stuff together and starts to evacuate the prisoners.

''ok i'll do it.'' he said. he first looked on the floor and then under each desk. it took him 2min to do this and he found three bombs. after that he looked on the shelf and found the rest of them. for each bomb he had found, he placed a X with a orange color pencil. that done he reached the telephone and called the bomb departement. ''we need a some people out here to remove some bomb. pls it's urgent. we are at the police departement in new york and are right now evacuating. we found all the bomb and showed where they were. come quickly.'' after saying that he put down the phone. he then got out and waited with everyone else. two detective were yelling after an irish man.

"Damn." During all these events Ross was hiding in the vents. "The hell do I do now?" Ross starts to think of a plan. "We need to evacuate everybody from the building even the prisoners and the one we are interrogating" "That's it!" Ross says in a whisper. 15 minutes later Ross is in the warehouse again with a car and a ass-load of metal. "Let's do this."

Sean looked from detective to detective, Shit, by now they must have found a good amount of the bombs. I didn't have a chance to hide them that well, so I guess its to be expected.

Jim turns to Sean, grabbing him and hand-cuffing him, "I'm keeping my eyes on you at all times, got that?!"

"Whatever you say detective, that is, unless you blow up first." laughs Sean.

Joe walks outside with everyone with his shoulder bag on.

"Whew...I think we found them all (talking to Ulq)."
Just then something just popped into Joes mind. He then runs over to one of the police officers.

"Hey I just realized something. We need to get to go get all the fire arms and weaponry, cuz if we dont and its too late we will be looking at nothing when it explodes cuz there wont be anything left for a few city blocks"
Detective- "well you can go back inside but im too busy keeping the prisoners in check"
"Well fine Da** It...."
Joe then runs back inside going to get all the fire arms out

''i will come with you.'' john then followed him inside again. they ran and each of then took a bag. they continued to the weapon room. ''woo...'' they were so much firearms in there that it was insane. they quickly started to put all the weapon in the bag. after ten minute it was done...

All of a sudden a strange black car the size of a Hummer comes driving at everyone. All the detectives jump out of the way as the car starts to circle Sean. The door opens too show that Ross was driving. "Get your Irish ass in here!" Ross yells to Sean.

john came out of the place with is bag. '' what the hell is going on here?'' a big black car was in the middle of the street and a prisoner was trying to get in but his hand where tied in his back so it was difficult to do it. without thinking, john pulled out a pistol from the bag. he puted a ammo clip in and then aimed at the prisonner and yelled : '' if you move, i'm shooting you down so get on the floor.'' he had heard that from an old police movie and thought that it was what must be said in these circumstances. *hope i won't have to shoot cause i've never used a gun before and don't know if i'm goona hit the prisonner or someone else...*

Sean turned to the kid and started to laugh, he slammed his chains on the edge of the metal car with enough force to break them. He then grabbed the door and was leaning out of the car, "Hey kid, catch!" He then created a bomb out of his palm and threw it at John, as he got into the car. He turned to Ross, "About time you got here! Drive!" The bullet-proof car took off just as the bomb exploded.

Joe was walking outside with his bag of ammo when some guy getting in a big black car threw something out.

"Huh I wonder what he th..." *BOOM*
Just then a explosion about the size of a small hand grenade went off

"Holy crap!"
Joe then jumped through the glass door back inside making sure that any of the ammo/gunpowder wont get lighted by the explosion and make it bigger.
Right when the explosion went off is when the Bomb Squad appeared, pullling up in there big black cars.

Ross looks back to see the bomb explode. "*whistle* The was cool." Ross drives them back to the warehouse. Once inside Ross turns to Sean. "Okay, spill it. How the hell did you manage to get your ass captured?"

ben saw the explosion "crap fire" ben drove back to the warehouse "i wonder if those guys r here yet so they can take this junk and i can go". as he is driving up he see to guys get out of a hummer and go in the warehouse " hopeful thats them"

We weren't fed to the dogs because the rats had a change of heart, or were payed off. Its because whoever did this knows that we have powers."

Joe gets up after the explosion and starts to walk toward the detectives

"Hey guys heres the ammo and stuff, but can I just go home now? its been a long night"
detective- :"Yeah sure Joe. Seeya tommorow night then"
"yeah seeya"
Joe then starts to head back to his apartment
Geez this is one weird night. I need to go practice on my power now....But first some dinner
He then instead heads to a small diner that stays open late

when the bomb exploded, john was so scared that he shoot, and then used his speed power to get out of the explosion radius. he ran to an alley, and saw his mistake. he should not have shooted. instead of hitting the prisonner(sean), the bullet hit a innocent women that was passing on the other side of the street. she died cause the bullet hit her in the head. and he still had the gun. right at that moment he realize something. when the bomb had exploded, he had saw from the corner of his eye an officer(Joe) do something. it was like he had disapeared for a moment. *Does he got power too?* he followed him has he was walking toward a restaurent. he entered after him. right when he was sitting at a table, John used his power to get right beside him, on another chair. ''I need your help...''

"Alright Raina can you give us another pose please" said The photographer. Raina nodded and turned another way. "Great Great alright that's it for tonight you did great" said the photographer.

"that was great I'll be back tomorrow to help finish the callander" Raina said as she went to the elevator to go home. "Phew today was hard I hope It'll get better" Raina said. as she walked out the building she went to the parking lot to find her car. "I know I'm not crazy I parked it right her" Raina said. "She continued looking around until she gave she decided to turn in a police report the station was just down the street. As she walked she heard loud booms but ignored it. Probably fireworks" Raina said as she continued walking. She then was almost to the Police station when she saw what looked like a riot was breaking out there was a lot of screaming there was an old lady in a shop who opened up her door and told Raina to her up and get inside.

Sean hid in the shadows and formed a small bomb in his right hand. He held onto it until it was about to explode and quickly rolled it under Ben, going off right in front of him, as Sean hid behind a crate.

Joe walked into a diner about a block away from his apartment (which is about 16 blocks away from the police apartment). He sat down and ordered a bowl of soup and apple pie. he was eating his pie until all of a sudden the guy from the police apartment came out of nowhere and sat next to him, and asked for help.

"Uhhh.....Ill try. What do you need help with?"

Joe sat in his bed doing his work on the computer. After about an hour he fell asleep. He had a dream he was falling down in a black hole. After falling a few feet the hole grew spikes and pierced him. He then woke up......but not in his room.

Zack looked back after gearing Ben. He slammed on the gas and they were soon driving 110mph. The topless Mustang was nearing a more civilized part of New York as Zack opened the glove compartment. "Here, Ben, shoot those losers down." He handed Ben a 9mm hand gun.

"Shit, we're losing these assholes!" Sean grabbed a grenade and ripped off the tag with his teeth and spits it out. He holds onto the grenade counting softly to himself, timing it perfectly. He then launches the grenade and the moment it lands in the back of the car, it explodes. "BRAKE!!!" he yells to Ross, as he covers his eyes from the explosion.

Joe heard some explosions but he couldn't see where they came from, but what he could see was 5 cop cars, 2 ambulances, and 3 fire trucks driving down his street heading toward the commotion.

With that he plopped on the bed and turned on the news, watching from a helicopters view of them going to the explosion a few miles away from Joe's place.

Sean couldn't help himself at this point, he was pissed, he was hurt, and he just knew he wouldn't have a chance for a situation like this anytime soon, Time to put all those times practicing in front of the mirror to good use.

He stood up straight while looking at the cops, "You wanna play? Then let's play!" he said in his best Al Pacino impersonation, "SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIENDS!" he suddenly started shooting madly at the cars with his sawed-off shotgun while making bomb after bomb in his other hand, launching them at the cars, laughing wildly as he did it.

Ross drives as fast as he can. Going left and right, up and down allys, anything to get away from the cops. After a half-hour of driving he loses them, so he starts to drive regularly.
