The few remaining Bounto are trying to gather their numbers. It is possible they are trying to make an alliance with the Arrancar. This is just a suspicion.
Shinigami are trying to maintain the balance and are stationed throughout the Real World.

History:Born with no one to care for him, everyone hated him because they thought of him as a monster, because of his enormous amount of reiatsu. But even though everyone hated him, he always tried befriending everyone. Then one night there was a large thunderstorm, he was only 10 at that time. He could find nowhere to stay for the storm. As he was running around trying to find shelter, he was struck by the brightest bolt of lightning ever to strike seireitei. Then he fell and dreamed that a man the god of lightning was caring for him. His body had no beat no pulse, everyone thought he was dead. Then the god said to him "Hikaru-Kun, we are now one. You now are a God, carry my vessel, my name is Raitentei. Train your body, to strike those who disobey, and mistreat Gods. I am now with you in mind soul and body." Then Hikaru's pulse came back to normal, and he woke up. Ever since then he has been training to become stronger and stronger, to stand up to those who disobey. he obtained shikai at the age of 12, and reached the level of bankai by 20. He joined soul society with intentions of killing Aizen, to show him what a real God is.

Abilities Kidoh, shyunpo,
Forms : in shikai The blade can create all manner of colors, as well as being able to push, like the theoretical "hard light" This goes on to include full mastery of things which require light, or that light creates. His blade can pull light off of things, causing darkness, his blade can emit radiation in the form of heat (like sunlight) it even has restorative, or draining abilities. Essentially the one thing it cannot do, is cut.

As bankai, he gains giant angellic wings, is covered in hard light armor, and he can convert light into spiritrons to create any number of weapons. His light is condense, light laserbeams, and he can summon them from various spots around him.
(call out phrase is the same for both it is "Reveal"!

Character Description: The youngest Soutaicho in the history of Soul Society, he came to power in a rather controversial way. After the destruction of center 46 once, the nobles who ran Soul Society decided to use their influence to place one of their own as a Soutaicho. This took tremendous effort, and a relatively prodigious young man who had just become a 3rd seat found himself being thrust into the position. He had very little combat experience, and in general the other captains disrespected him greatly. His power was great though, greater than any member of any noble family. His position as Soutaicho seemed secure enough.

The Nobles could not have foreseen that, upon gaining the position, the young man would forsake his past, and vow to live up to the job title.

Physical Description: Aside from his black kimono that all soul reapers wear, he wears a red bandana over his head. He stands 6'1" and despite his skinny appearence, he has a tone body and is somewhat strong. He has white hair with black streaks running through them, though his head is usually covered.

Personality: He is very lazy. He doesnt want to have to move alot and when he is forced to for anything besides a fight he becomes extremely annoyed and agitated. To all women he is smoothe and charming, when he isnt goofing off.

History: He died at age 16 in a terrible accident. While going to drop off a bank deposit, in a New York bank, for his mom because she was sick in bed with a terrible cold there was a bank robbery. Everyone was hiding as was Akenji however he wanted to do something, not to be famous or anything, but because thats how he was raised. To protect those who cant protect themselves. So without thinking he attacked one of the guys holding a gun, managing to knock it out of his hand. However one of the people who was with that man, shot him through his heart and he died on the spot. He did however stall them long enough for the cops to come.

Zanpakutou


Name: Bakuhatsu (Explosion)
True Form: A grown man with a 5 O' Clock shadow, he has black hair stands as tall as Akenji. He wears black pants, loose, with a black loose button down shirt.

Sealed: In its sealed state, Bakuhatsu is a simple short sword with a rectangular hilt instead of the usual one. At the time he obtained his zanpaktou the amount of reiatsue released was minimal

Shikai:

Call Out Phrase: Burn em down. Bakuhatsu!

Appearance: It becomes a long sword instead of a short sword, and the hilt becomes twisted and round.

Abilities: The blade looses its ability to cut, and instead leaves a blue line on the opponent where the cut should be. The line is visible to all and cannot be removed unless the owner leaves shikai form, or says a certain word (Exploud) upon which the line will create an explosion on the opponents body.

Bankai (You don't start with BanKai)

Call out Phrase: "Bankai!"

Appearance: During Bankai the owner's kimono disappears and he obtains a white brassard on his left arm, leaving his right arm unclothed(his sword wielding hand). He keeps the shinigami pants but they are white.

His blade doubles in size and becomes completely white, it also obtains a black insignia of two lines wrapped around each other going all up the blade.

Abilities: The user's strength, speed, and reflexes increase 10 fold. When the blade makes contact with the opponent it creates a huge explosion that does slight recoil damage to the user, when used to block it does not explode.

Personality: He acts as if theres nothing to life than fighting. He doesn't like playing around and takes everything seriously. He helps those in need of help and can always be found wherever there are large groups of hollows,slaughtering them by himself.He can easily make friends but can make enemies even faster.He doesn't talk much when its not about something important or that he cares about.

History: He use to live in soul society, he was an only child who lived with his father. His father was killed by a large group of arrancar while on a mission. The group of arrancar stole his fathers zanpakutou and even today.He left soul society at age 13to look for the arrancar and to kill as many hollow as he can.He tries to keep count of how many hollows he killed, he doesnt remember but the number is higher than 1,000.

Physical Description: He wears a long hooded robe and crouches a lot. He is of normal build muscular wise, and has a long scar going down from the left side of his chin, to the right tip of his forehead.

Personality: He is a very quiet person who doesn't like to be bothered by others. He prefers to be by himself and detests fighting for fun or sport. He tries to give his opponents mercy, but if he must, he won't hesitate to kill. He doesn't trust anybody and rarely likes to talk to anybody. When around people he normally likes to stay low and in the shadows, as to keep the focus off himself and to possibly get some time to think to himself.

History: Tanshin didn't always distrust and hate being around others. When he served under his captain in the 8th division he was very happy. He saw his captain as a father figure and looked up to him. He did everything he could to please him and quickly rose through the ranks to become Vice Captain of the 8th division. But the troubles all started the day Tanshin was finally able to activate his Bankai. When that happened and he was able to master it, there was talk of him replacing his captain and become the new leader of the 8th division, something he wanted, but not unless his captain wanted that, too. His captain did not. And as Tanshin slept, he attacked him in the dead of night, slashing his face deep, giving Tanshin his scar. Tanshin then retaliated by activating his Bankai and killing the assassin. It wasn't until he finished the deed, that he realized it was his captain. So due to a mixture of feeling scared, shocked, betrayed, and mortified, he fled Soul Society. He now wanders aimlessly, feeling lost and dead inside. Since then, he has refused to ever use his Bankai again.

Zanpakutou


Name: Zetsumei

True Form: Zetsumei true form is that of a man in traditional samurai armour, who talks in a deep, serious voice and has a giant zanbatou strapped to his back.

Sealed: In its sealed form, Zetsumei is very long, but also very thin. The blade is five feet long, but much slender than the average Katana.

Shikai

Call Out Phrase: Tanshin calls out, "Screech Zetsumei."

Appearance: None.

Abilities: Zetsumei turns into a black glove with small spikes on the knuckles. The spikes can grow as long as Tanshin wants them to and can curve or bend in any direction. Also, Tanshin can grab onto and touch anything he wants with the hand the glove is over, no matter how dangerous what he's touching is.

Bankai

Call out Phrase: He simply whispers Bankai under his breath.

Abilities: Zetsumei turns into a pure black liquid metal type state, that constantly glides around Tanshin's body when he's not controlling it. When he is, he can make it do whatever he wants, turn into whatever he wants, and turn into whatever size he wants it to turn into. It can turn solid and become stronger than almost everything and also turn into pure liquid, getting through even the smallest of cracks. Its major weakness is that to control it takes an incredible amount of concentration, which drains Tanshin of all his energy very quickly.

History: War cant remember his real name but he does know he died in WWII fighting the germans undercover and since he was in war he goes by the name War. when he became a shinigami he felt that the hollows were an extreme threat to the dead and living alike and thought that one day the shinigami and humans would be attacked. so he proposed to wage a war but more like a holocaust on the hollows to save everybody. he started a big riot to back up his theory but was stopped by the captains. when he heard of a rumor of executing him for the riot he started, he left soul society and went to earth into hiding. he now lives in a small house in the forest outside of karakura town, so he can train
and become more powerful so when the attack comes he will be ready, and hopes one day he can return to soul society.

Abilities: when i hit the target with the blade it leaves white fire where the wound is and it doesnt go out until i call off my shikai (during this time the fire burns really badly but it doesnt grow just stays where the cut is)
Kaji Da!(fire in jap.)- a slash of white fire shoots at the opponent (like ichigo getsuuga)

The glove works by scattering the spirit particles in the surrounding area, making it much harder to form a working bow. If a Quincy can summon a bow and use it for the required amount of time, they will have undergone a massive increase in power. When removed, however, the glove will release the user's energy all at once - first transforming them into a being of tremendous strength, and then forcing their Quincy powers to gutter out completely.

The preparations for the technique combined with the charging time for the Seele Schneiders make its use in battle impractical unless the user has a partner that can stall to buy time


Wolke (緑杯（ヴォルコール）German for "cloud,"â€â€ÂÂ� This technique uses silver tubes to create a large blast. While it may not be intended for use as such, alsohas the density of a cloud…so, can be used to break a fall.


Hirenkyaku (飛廉脚? lit. "flying screen step/god step", "flying bamboo-blind leg" in the Viz translation) â€â€ÂÂ� Analogous to the shinigami flash steps or the arrancar sonido, the Quincy hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances; according to Uryū Ishida it is faster than flash steps, though Mayuri Kurotsuchi's superior speed suggests that this is just a generalization. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most arrancar and shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances. History: Young orphan boy, he has seen many shinigami and wanted to become like them. He trained and trained and he got into the shinigami school. Appearance: The blade dissapears and turns into mist. Sho is surrounded by mist in bankai making it hard to see their target.
Abilities: A sea of water can come out of the hole in the sheath. Any amount of water can come either rushing out of slowly flowing out. Sho can control the amount by will. He can also return his water blade at anytime at will, while in bankai.

Personality: Calm. He tries to make friends with his enemies, even during battle. He is a little afraid of Captain ranked Shinigamis. In his past, he used to be a brat that would pick fights with random strangers just to see who’s stronger.

History: Used to live in the 78th District of Rukongai (same as Rukia and Renji), but was enrolled into the shinigami academy for his skills in swordsmanship by Azien, Sosuke. He eventually was sent into Squad 6 of the 13 Protection Squads. After losing a fight to Renji for the Lieutenant positions, he drank a potion, from Azien, to achieve his Bankai, which it did, but eventually caused a serve burn to appear on his right shoulder, which caused him to be unable to activate his Zanpakutou. However, after assistance from the 4th squad, he was able to reactivate his Zanpakutou. This event caused him to change his view on life and pursue peace for all of Soul Society. He eventually switched into the 3rd squad after the defection of Ichimaru Gin from Soul Society. He now is training to achieve his Bankai again, and take down Azien once and for all.

Personality: Dislikes fighting, but when threatened or angry he will go all out and kill with no hesitation. He likes to protect others, but feels that he shouldn't for they should be stronger.

History: The last Quincy in America. He moved to Japan knowing that there is alot of spirit energy coming from it. He searches for anymore quincy that are alive, and to kill all hollow. When he was 8 his parents were killed by a very powerful hollow while some shinigami sat by and watched and laughed. He then ran away, taking all of his parents possesions on the quincy before the shinigami burned his house down. He has just moved to Japan, and lives in a small secluded house on the hills close to Karakura town.

Effect: It forms a metal bow (like the pic). It gathers in spirit particles to enhance and make the arrows 10x stronger. While using the effects on the glove, Speed and Spirit power is increased 5x. It takes much focus and can only be used for 5 of my posts till he must rest before using the power again.

Quincy Techniques


Name: Hirenkyaku (god step)
Effect: The same as shunpo but only slightly faster, but cant go as far.

Name: Ransōtengai (what I call Body Puppet)
Effect: I can control my body using string made of spirit energy controlled by the brain. By using this I can control my body like a puppet regardless of paralysis, broken limbs, etc. It takes alot of concentration and I wouldnt be able to fully control my body as if it were normal.

Name: Armageddon
Effect: Shoots a tremendously big and strong arrow at the sky. Which then explodes and disperses into 100 arrows that fly to the ground. Covering a 50 yard radius. It takes one post to charge and then on the next post I can fire.

Name: Daisan
Effect: Allows me to shoot 3 arrows at once.

Name: Daisan Futago
Effect: Allows me to shoot 6 arrows at the same time aiming toward 6 different parts of the body.
