iPhone: Advantages and Disadvantages?

As the title says, what are the Advantages and Disadvantages of an iPhone? My father said he might get me an iPhone, but I don't really know it's Advantages and Disadvantages, anyone can help?

Its a really good machine with lots of features, basically just the iphone without call and text functions, well worth the money, can store lots of photos videos and music, annd can do so many other things. If you are offered one deffinetely get it. Look up the iphone then minus call and text and those aare all the applications.

sooner or later the iphone is gonna become old once apple comes out with something more technologically advanced that human brain cannot comprehend

I got a new LG chocolate. It has a touch screen and a lot of features such as an mp3, pictures, videos etc. Texting and calling is really good, and it tells you when you have new mail, very similar to the iphone/touch but they have more to offer. The main disadvantage with touch screens is that they are really sensitive and you need to take care of them.
