After that I watched at least 15-30 episodes a day or even more. My parents thought I was crazy, looking at the computer screen for a million hours straight. I admit to my friend that I was in love with Naruto, the show.

I talked to my friend about what happened, and slowly, my friend started to hate Naruto. I guess that is what happens when your best friend starts to like Naruto... you start to hate it. I still love Naruto!

It wasn't until I saw my first full episode, the end of the Zabuza saga where Haku died, and I though' Hey this is cool'. After that i watched it every weak and grew to love it...of coarse now I'm a fanatic.

Well, I read the manga before the Anime had ever come to the US yet, and I found it very interesting and liked it, but soon became hooked, but I didnt become addicted truly, until it released on cartoon network. I thought it looked like to me, my next fav show, and low and behold, it is! ^^ I started reading in the Chunin Exams, and started the anime in order. ^^

thats where I discovered it! The ORGIONAL American Shonen Jump issue 12 I beleive it was...as for my opinion of the english dub..I didnt think it was that bad at all, aside from Naruto saying 'believe it' too much I though the dub was great..then i started to watch it in japanese and realised the difference XD, tho I think the VA of Kakashi and the VA of Sasuke were handled well in the DUB.

The first time I saw Naruto was during the chunin exams when garra and lee were fighting and lee opened the fifth gate. I thought that episode was cool so I went on youtube and started watching the first few episodes. Once I saw Kakashi and Zabuza fight, then naruto leak some of the nine tails chakra when fighting Haku, I was hooked. Yeah, it has some stupid parts in it but its got some pretty cool parts as well.

I never really knew about Naruto or what was going on in cartoon network since I was getting ready for school, shopping for clothes and supplies alot. So the night before 5th grade started when I had all my stuff I figured I might watch one last show for the night and check back up on cartoon network so they showed the first episode of a new series called naruto, I thought "hey might as well give it a try", and I did just that and really enjoyed it, mainly because I thought the ninja vests iruka and mizuke wore were just so cool. Almost like how I got hooked on dbz because I thought the scanners were cool.

I became a big fan and watched every new dubbed naruto episode since the first. As the episodes and days went by the ninja vests no longer kept me attached to the series since as I matured I came to enjoy and respect the plot, character pesonalitys, and overall storyline until I always thought about what would happen next after each episode. Finally the hokage vs. orochimaru battle came, but I had lost my patience with all the suspense of each ending so since I recently got the internet a friend told me about youtube where I watched the japanese versions to get ahead of the english series and so I would know automatically what happened, until I caught up with that too and switched over to the Manga here on Saiyan Island.

I'm now in 8th grade, and still a huge fan. Actually no, a huge fanatic of Naruto and dont plan on leaveing the series anytime soon unless it ends. (sorry about the long post its just since it was my first post I thought I might as well make it special) plus its great to be apart of the saiyan island community now unlike before I made my account when I just read what people thought I can respond too :D.

I started with the American Shonen Jump Manga, and got it when they'd just gotten into the first phase of the Exams. I got the next one, too, but this was because of YGO. I was thinking it looked stupid; they were just school kids. Then, I got another issue (from school, because we had the Scholastic Book Orders) and I saw them fighting. Well, Sakura, really. I'd gotten my third issue when Sakura was fighting the Sound, and Lee was knocked out. Then I got it in time for Ino and Sakura's fight. After that was my subscription, because I liked more than two series in SJ. I got my new subscription just in time for Lee and Gaara's fight, and have only missed one issue since, because my father sent the re-subscription in a bit late. But I only missed the spy fight. Yuura and Kakashi's fight. (Fake Itachi and Yuura, and fake Kisame and Gai)
I started the ANime with the dub, and wanted to see it online, so I ended up with mostly Japanese instead. Then, I loved it. I was in the middle of filler when I saw the Manga, and started reading that. I believe I got to it pretty early around in Shippuuden. NOw I'm incredibly happy I started reading the "Stupid school kids series". And look, I even got an eventual username out of it all... :3

I didn't like it at first, but I decided to watch a few more episodes so I could say for sure if I liked it or not. Episode 4 got me into the series. I heard Kakashi's voice and I remembered "Dave Wittenburg's in this?" and decided to watch further. I began to like Kakashi as a character, being by far my favourite at the time, and Zabuza got me hooked, or rather Steve Blum got me hooked. Eventually more and more people who voiced in digimon (my favourite anime from my pre-puberty years) appeared as cast in Naruto, and I became glad their voice talent was being put to good use.

I have watched the Japanese version, and seriously have NO complaints with the english cast.
