Title says it all, you create your own anything, be it new items, new Final Smashes, new attacks, add new characters to Brawl, etc. :nuts:

Gotta be organized though, like this:

Character: Shadow the Hedgehog (Playable version)
Game: Sonic the Hedgehog and Shadow the Hedgehog Series
Description: Tied with Sonic as the fastest character in Brawl, but instead of running, it looks like he's skating, can use the Chaos Emeralds to slow down time, known as Chaos Control, and can turn into Super Shadow when using the Emeralds' powers.

Moves:
Side Smash: Chargeable punch
Up Smash: Spin (similar to Sonic's Up Smash)
Down Smash: Ground Punch
Side Special: Spin Dash
Up Special: Spring Jump
Down Special: Switch with Sonic (Sonic's Down Special causes him to switch with Shadow)
Neutral Special (Just B): Chaos Control [Can be useable once in a while in every match]

Final Smash: Super Shadow.
As Super Shadow, Shadow is immune to every attack, and can fly through the level, colliding to other players causes damage to them and decent knockback, the faster the speed when colliding to other players, the powerful the knockback will be, the Super Shadow Transformation lasts approximately 15 seconds.

What do y'all think, give it a try, create New Items, Characters, New Final Smashes, etc. :D

Thats good, would be it better for the Ulimate Life Form to used Chaos Control instead. Not only his opponent so slow that it stop time. You get 30 seconds to do whatever you want to do them.


Just made correction of my opinion of Shadow move sets, not trying to be rude of course.:nod: If I am I sorry ahead of time.:(

A new item I would add would be:

Wii Remote - If you have you can pretty much control your opponent, the power of the Wii mote only last for 1 min. After that it completely useless.

Link Mole Claw - Not only your attack increase. You also get a long reach depends what character/attack are you are using.

Blue Shell - Can be used in two ways. 1) Red and Green shell for attacking and throwing. 2) Use it as a Armor like in the New Super Mario Bros for the DS.

Falco Final Smash: The Arwing, he really need to be in the sky it would be like Snake Final Smash, but better. Not only you being firing his lasers. You can fire off those Smart Bombs too.

CHARACTER: Rock Lee
Game: Clash of Ninja series, Ultimate Ninja series, and many others
Description: He is a taijutsu user... so he is a master at hand to hand combat... he is also a speed type character.. so he is really fast...
Moves:
Side Smash: punch
Up Smash: Up Kick
Down Smash: leaf whirlwind
Side Special: leaf hurricane
Up Special: Dynamic entry
Down Special: Gail trip
Neutral Special (Just B): evade
Final Smash: Rock Lee opens his inner gates... for a limited amout of time.. his moves do alot more damage.. he is also 3 times his normal speed... and no one can hurt him... however.. he in takes 30 damage in hit points to himself after the final smash is over...


ITEM: Explosive Kunai
Description: It is a throwing item... if you hold it too long.. it blows up in your hands... and you lose damage... you are suppose to throw it at your opponent for an almost instant KO... some explosive kunai's fail... and do not blow up.. instead.. you just throw them for mimimum damage...

[Hikaru]

Character: Goku
Game: Every DBZ Game known to man. (lol)
Description: The legendary super saiyan. He has saved the Earth many times from Frieza, Cell, and Majin Buu. Supposedly brought to earth to cause evil and destruction, but he got bumped on his head and he turned good. Strongest Saiyan in the universe, feared by many.

Moves:
Side Smash: Ki blasts on both sides.
Up Smash: Punches upwards.
Down Smash: Unleashes ki energy.
Side Special: Kamehameha(Just like Samus's Charge Shot but when launched its a beam)
Up Special: Kaioken(Red ki energy surrounds Goku then he shoots far up in the air)
Down Special: Switch with Vegeta
Neutral Special (Just B): Super Saiyan (Goku turns super saiyan, his power is increased by 2.But returns to normal if hit)

Final Smash: SSJ4, Spirit bomb.
Goku transforms into SSJ4. His power is increased by 3 this time, and he remains like that for the rest of the game. When Goku gets another smash ball while in SSJ4 he can use spirit bomb, he goes infront of the screen like snake but charges, it hits the entire fighting arena. Once Goku uses spirit bomb he is no longer in SSJ4 form, and is back to his normal form.

Description: Ivy is a long ranged fighter, she uses a weapon that can turn into both a whip and a sword... she likes to play around with her enemy before she completely destroys them...

Side Smash: Slice (in sword mode) whiplash (in whip mode)
Up Smash: Ivy kick
Down Smash: Low cut (in sword mode) Whip trirl (in whip mode)

Came to Earth in search for the Dragon Balls, but turned good later on in the story, he is a powerful saiyan.

Side Smash: Ki blasts on both sides.
Up Smash: Punches upwards.
Down Smash: Unleashes ki energy.
Side Special: Big Bang Attack(Just like Samus's Charge Shot)
Up Special: Disappears then reappears in the direction pointed at.
Down Special: Switch with Goku
Neutral Special (Just B): Super Saiyan (Vegeta turns super saiyan, his power is increased by 2.But returns to normal if hit)

Final Smash: Final Flash
Charges for 3 seconds then a large beam hits the battle field. The beam can be moved around by moving the controls. It lasts for 10 seconds

Character: Megaman
Game: The Megaman Collection
Description:Megaman is a famous capcom charcater who uses a varity of weapons. Once he defeats his enemies, he can obtain their abilities.
Moves:
Side Smash: Megaman Punch
Up Smash: Up shot
Down Smash: Double laser
Side Special: Full charge shot
Up Special: Boost cannon
Down Special: Move Steal (Megan grabs his opponents, and can now use their Neutral Special. It wears off after Megaman takes 30 or more damage.)
Neutral Special (Just B): Megaman's neutral B is any of the charcaters he copies.

Final Smash: Full Power
Megan grows and becomes a giant robot, unleashing his full arsenal of weapons.

Pokeball Item: Darkrai :p

Once released from it's Pokeball, Darkrai will fly to the background and use Dark Void, making all enemies asleep for a while, giving the user a chance to attack them.

Rarity: Very Rare (Just like other legendaries)

Item: Master Ball

Description: Contains Mewtwo and/or Darkrai, 1 of a Kind.
Once Mewtwo is released, it'll use it's Psychic Powers to freeze all the enemies and keep them in midair for 30 seconds, giving you the chance to attack them.
Once Darkrai is released, it'll fly to the middle of the stage and use Dark Void and keep the Opponents asleep for a while, giving you the chance to attack them.
