Ichigo's Zanpaktou is already in that state, that big sword his holding without a sheath. He doesnt calls for it, it's already released.

Others like Renji's, "Howl, Zabimaru!" He has to call for it. And that's when it changes his shape. And it changes it shape again when he turns Bankai. ie. it goes to 3 stages.

Just wanna make sure that some of yous arent confused between Ichigo's "Bankai" and his "already-released" Zanpaktou. ;)

Anyways, the coolest Zanpaktou for me would be Urahara's Benihime. I like it when he calls for it.

um, i know that Renji doesnt have to call his Zanpaktou to reach Bankai. All who's got Bankai, just scream out, "Bankai" if they wanna go Bankai.

What i meant is everyone else, except Kenpachi and Ichigo, calls out their swords' name to release them.
