Barely needs to improve.

Either the Staff needs Sectional Moderators for almost every Section, or some new Global Moderators, who have no lives. <- Naruto.

The current does what they can but their recent outbursts, disorganization and foolishness has been the fault of having too much to handle.

I strongly recommend to consider recruiting more Staff and to actually discuss it with the Staff, and act in MODERATION.

Well, I must say they work themselves to the best of their abilities and knowing there's a serious admin like saiyan, there's bound to have meetings in the Staff forum. But if there is a need for recruitment, more sectional mods I suggest. We have ennough Smods.
