The terminator. Bullets are very ineffective against the terminators in general. The terminator has much more physical strength then master chief.

Definitely the terminator. Master chief would only be able to beat him with a gravity hammer or energy sword and he doesn't have access to either of those. So, the terminator, no doubt.

Terminator is called that for a reason so.............I'm going Arnold. Master Chief is only human well some at least and he would die if cut in half, Terminator just keeps going.

The terminator has this for sure. Master Chief is a living being, the terminator is a cyborg.

Baisically, you can't try to kill a cyborg. The terminator is bulletproof, fireproof and is much stronger than any human being.

The terminator hands down.
