Who would win in a "fight" between the Scarecrow from the Batman universe and the Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz?

Plain and simple,the DC universe Scarecrow would give off his fear gas and give off images of Scarecrow from Wizard of Oz being destoryed by scarecrows(birds) and then DC universe Scarecrow would silce him to bits.
