Well, Blackbeard is faster than Enel as long as Enel isn't in Logia form then Enel is faster than Blackbeard. If Enel gets too close to Blackbeard, he'll take away the Logia intangibility like how Blackbeard did to Ace and Blackbeard'll win. This is a hard one though, Enel and blackbeard. Blackbeard can suck in Enel with a gravitational pull though so he can cancel Enels power out though, so I'm not sure who'd actually win this one.

I'm giving this to Blackbeard. His Devil fruit power is specifically an anti-logia of sorts. He could suck in Enel's lightning when he attacked. Blackbeard would dismantle him with his strength.
