This was one awesome chapter. Shunsui has a really dangerous zanpakuto, but at the same time it's really cool. Stark's the number 1 espada, can't expect anything less from him. Can't wait for the anime version.

And the frightening thing is not only Shunsui's strength but Unohana's, Ukitake's, old man Yamamoto's and Aizen's strength! If Aizen's stength is exponentially higher than Shunsui's then I can see why he's not worried about the cavalry showing up :nod:

I mean sure those wolves were cool but I'm sure he must be holding back at least one more brutal tech, which is probably why Shunsui has unleashed his full power but then again with a Shikai like that why would he:cool:

Anywho, epic chapter much? Shunsui's shikai is sort of over-kill. I expected as much. Starrk has a sword that he can form? Wow. Another great thing about him. I wonder if he survived. If he didn't, I'll be pissed. If he did, I wonder what color he will say next.

I really enjoyed the chapter, I never suspected Shunsui's Shikai to be like that. Although, this means his Bankai will be beast. I can't wait to see how the fight unfolds, Starrk has to have some secret buttrape power if he's going to stand up to Shunsui. It seems as though he's winning and he's only using Shikai, whereas Starrk is already released.

He's still in Hueco Mundo after fighting Ulquiorra. There's still a fight going on there. Chad, Renji, Rukia, and others vs Yammy. I'm still curious about that fight.

Like most I enjoyed this chapter. man Shunsui's a beast but that doesn't surprise me having a shikiai that powerful and the more risk you add to yourself the more damage it does to your enemy pretty cool.

Also was great to see some of starks past they were so powerful other hollow died from their power alone. if stark and lilynette were able to fuse their souls again into one person I can't imagine how powerful he or she would be

I don't know, he just said Black and according to the rules, the greater the risk for you means the more damage you do to your opponent. I'd say Stark just took a pretty good hit. But I agree, he ain't a b¡tch, he needs to pull out some strong attack if he wants to get back into this fight again.

I think its likely the two will fuse..Espada number 1 is loosing to Shinsui's Shikai, which is pathetic..so if Starrk fuses again, that could give him the boost necessary to make the odds a bit more in his favor.

Yea no matter how cool and powerful shusui's shikai is we have to expect more from number 1. I can't wait for him to take it to the next level. There's nothing more exciting than 2 lazy people getting serious.

Not exactly. You say a color, and the more danger the color poses to you, the more damage you're opponent takes.Like how Shunsui had his Caiptain's Haiori on him. He took it off, said black, and now since he is in all black, he'll do more damage to Starrk.

pretty much what sato said what ever color poses more risk to yourself will make the attack more deadlier.

example: I'm wearing all blue you have a red tshirt and a blue spot on it. I call purple slash you as hard as I can you would probably only get a papercut.

I call blue and aim for the blue spot with only enough force to give you a paper cut it feel like I almost cut you in half... well that's the way it sounds to me.

Honestly,I think Stark was made Espada 1 because of his potential. The truth is,Stark didn't have confidence in himself,and was rather lazy..he also didn't enjoy battles of any kind. I gotta be honest after reading the spoilers I'm not to convinced that Tite Kubo is that retarded, I mean sure Shunsui is strong but he wouldn't let the battle like that. Hell, Stark could easily push back with that Wolf power again and that part about Aizen killing Halibel is just so out of character. I mean some people might argue that Barrigan was given a poor death which he was but I could see no other way he could've been beaten honestly and atleast we saw Soi-Fong's Bankai TWICE, so I imagine we'd atleast see Lisa and Hiyori's Shikai's as well as Shunsui Bankai before the battle between them end hopefully

Disappointment? How the hell is he a disappointment? He fought Kyouraku, Ukitake, Love and Rose. All of which were Captains. Sure they didn't use Bankai but it sure proves that Stark was no pushover. I'm sure he's capable of more but he's not that confident in his own abilities. He showed, he's able to analyze and adapt in difficult situations. He's really fast and he has a destructive power when he calls out the wolves. Compared to the other Espada that we've seen, he is no disappointment. I highly doubt that Starrk is finished. He hasn't fought at full strength yet. Stark can't die, Ulquiorra's little groupies finally kept their mouths shut :laugh:
