I think the espada team would win...because Grimmjow is evenly match with ichigo...but Ulquiorra is way strong than kenpachi...with his speed and techique he blow kenpachi out the water.

Is it Ichigo in Bankai/Vizard, or is he in his second hollow form that he used against Ulquiorra?

If Ichigo's in H2 mode, he and Kenpachi probably win.

If Ichigo is limited to Vizard mode, then Ulqiuorra and Grimmjow would probably win.
