Well other than the fact they are both are from Hell and so they can't die, so this just who can beat who in a fisticuff fight. Don't know much on Candyman but he may put up a good enough fight................before Ghost Rider shows up.

That's the technical way to kill him, but the Curse successfully separated him from the symbiont, so it's not as clear cut as you think.
