Naruto sees the novel[Tale of the Gutsy Ninja] and says a certain line.
Nagato responds to his line.
That was what he said, facing his former master.[Unsure]
At the end of the book, there are hints written for Nagato, where [Jiraiya] thanks him.[Unsure]
From here on, it's to the story of the novel
The story begins with the protagonist himself becoming [like] Nagato[Unsure]
At the end, when he's going to say his name,
Naruto: "It's Naruto"
Nagato comes back to himself when that is said.

[Nagato?:] "'We trained under the same master... We can understand each other', huh"
"What a joke"[Unsure]

Arm[s] strech[es] out form the wheelchair, and Nagato start making seals.
[Nagato:] "I've been wanting to believe in you... Uzumaki Naruto!!"

A hint was given to me, written in the end of the story in a book. Naruto tells Nagato that he's thankful. (Translator's NOTE: Something along Naruto being thankful to Nagato of reminding him of the ending of the book.)

The protagonist in the story becomes Nagato. He is portraying the lead role. The story begins. (Translator's Note... Yes, I know, it doesn't make any sense. The translation should be pretty close, though.).

This time they're talking about his name.

Naruto "It's Naruto".

Upon that being said, Nagato returns to himself.
