the majority of the times is friday like every shounen jump manga (naruto, bleach)... read carefully though since sometimes the autor takes breaks

Anime-Sundays in Japan (Pretty sure at like, 8:00, but I don't know if that is in the morning or night), which means that it usually manages to get here (USA) on Saturday nights.

Manga-Friday in Japan, which gets translated on Thursday or Friday in USA.
