ive stuided aikido kickboxing shaolin and iado how ever ive quit iado as its very simular to aikido sword art,so its wate of time tbh. ive only just started kickboxing and im loving shao lin atm its very demanding tho lol any1 no of any kendo around london area??

i have been taking tae kwon do but im trying to look for a judo teacher, and more advanced ways of fighting.

i know that, tae kwon do was just random that i did for some reason but i liked judo because its like a defensive style. but im looking for more advanced types of fighting than judo

well tbh if u want something more advanced go for kung fu, or if yr looking for effectiveness go for muiy tai.

shao lin is very fun and advance ,very demanding on yr body but the reawards are amzing

thanks i'll look for those, but is kun fu really legit? i just thought that was like some comedy mockery of martial arts?

lol yes it is, and it comes in many forms , u need to find a dojo that gives u the fundementals of all differant types then when u understand the differant styles u can then go find a style 2 concentrate on

Do it. It keeps you fit. I actually teach during the summer. I do 200 Sit-ups and 100 Push-ups when I go to bed. 100 Sit-ups 25 Push-ups when i wake up.

I once studied Karate but it interfered with school too much. I quit when i was a yellow belt but i am much better than i used to be.

I used to study Karate for 10 years, I was a brown belt. I got some wicked kicking skills though. I pull off the occasional spin kick jumping spin kick combo.

i wanna start karate class..
ima 1st degree black belt in karate. Ive won 3 state wide tournaments 2 in sparing, 1 in Kata, and at my karate dojo in Shreveport, Ive won in at least 1 category since the year 2000. i think some of it was luck thou, but im happy with my closet full of trophy's.

i've been duin muay thai n brazilian jujitsu, boxing n kenpo a bit. but i stopped on da kenpo. not really my style. i have a rough, in-your face sort of style.

I studied some martial arts over my life
age 8-12 aikido
age 13-15 bagua-jan
age 15-19 karate
Now I wasn't attending trainings for 1 year, too much work and studies, but I am planning to revive my trainings somewhere in october.
