my favorite has to be frieza because without him dragonball z wouldnt have been how it was today
and plus frieza was the absolute terrorist

buu takes forever to die, and frieza's bizzare and annoying- Cell is pretty funny and has a sweet voice and he eats people through his butt --ding-winner

well.....not really sure 'cause these three villains saga's makes the Z-Fighters grow stronger...for example:
1.Frieza=Goku becomes SSJ
2.Cell=Gohan becomes SSJ2/Vegeta becomes SSJ (and Super Mode)/Trunks becomes SSJ (and Super Mode)
3.Buu=makes Trunks and Goten fuse to become Gotenks/Goku and Vegeta to become Vegito/Goku goes SSJ3
but,i'd choose Cell 'cause he maked Gohan goes SSJ2 and he's strong too :D
Majin Buu and Cell tie for me. =/

I would have to say buu, dark, turned light, split in two, turned major evil, who transforms after some time to his true form of kid buu, who was awesome, who after being killed is reincarnated into pure good, as uub.lol

I Would have to say Frieza. He was the best one!

Buu was the best, all verisons, very likable.
Imperfect and Semi-Perfect Cell were indeed annoying, but smart, well only that reason because of his programming and going back to the present to be complete. But Perfect Cell was cocky, witty, sarcastic. Especially with his FUNi voice, which added to his awesome attitude. He had intelligent humor with his comments, he was funny. Cell was a cool bad guy. The coolest of the series, IMO. His power did get in the way for his death, but it was a good ride until the end. xD
Frieza just had the best motive for his character and for the story out of the three. While Buu was the most destructive.

Anyway, my vote goes to Frieza... He killed almost all of the Saiyan's with one puny blast, his transformations were cool, especially the robo one, he was really mean, but ina funny way, and I loved his fight with Goku...
Too bad Trunks killed him with ease... XD
Even if everyone says Frieza was a guy, I still think Frieza's gender was never confirmed... :laugh: they always referred to it as just "Frieza"...
